1 Service Status
If you are experiencing a problem with your Jumba service, the first step should be to review the Service Status page to check if the problem you are experiencing is a known issue. If the issue has already been acknowledged, you do not need to lodge a support ticket. Please review the status advisory for updates on the issue.

If your issue is not on the status page, start by reviewing the Jumba Knowledgebase. It contains the answer to many common problems and frequently asked questions.

The next step is to take a look at our Video Tutorials. These tutorials give you a step by step guide to using your hosting account.
4 Community Forums
Another valuable resource is the Jumba Community Forums. There are over 2500 active users on the Jumba forums, including Jumba staff. Often the fastest way to get a response to a general support enquiry will be to post on the forums; particularly outside of business hours.
